Principal's Leadership
Principal
As Founder Principal, I look back with gratitude on North Point School’s remarkable journey since its inception on 16th June 2004, when we began with 250 students and 12 teachers. Today, our institution has grown to 2,500 students and 130 teachers. Beyond academic excellence, we nurture talent, confidence and character through sports, cultural activities and diverse opportunities. Watching generations of students become accomplished professionals and responsible citizens remains my greatest joy. This journey reflects the dedication of our teachers, the trust of parents and the support of our management. I look forward to shaping many more futures.

Vice Principal & ICSE Coordinator
My journey at North Point began in 2006 as an Assistant Teacher and has continued for two decades, leading me to my present role as Vice Principal. I am deeply grateful to our Principal Ma’am for her guidance, training, and unwavering support. The encouragement of my colleagues and staff has shaped my growth. I feel immensely proud to be part of this esteemed institution.

My journey at North Point School has been deeply fulfilling, allowing me to share my passion for Economics while shaping young minds. I strive to guide students through important academic milestones and contribute to school life by organizing meaningful events. The opportunity to nurture future generations, supported by our Principal, Mrs. Sudha Menon, continues to inspire my growth as an educator.

My 18-year journey at North Point School has been filled with learning, growth, and cherished memories. With a heart full of love for children, I moved from the corporate world into teaching. Over 19 years at North Point’s Twinkling Stars, I have grown from a teacher to a Coordinator, fostering creativity and guiding my team. The Principal’s encouragement, the joy of nurturing young learners, and my enduring passion for teaching continue to make North Point feel like home.
Junior KG Coordinator
My journey at North Point School began 19 years ago as a Pre-Primary Teacher, and in 2021, I was honoured to become a Pre-Primary Coordinator. Over the years, nurturing young learners has been deeply rewarding. The joy of seeing children flourish, parents’ trust, and colleagues’ support make North Point feel like family, inspiring my continued dedication to teaching.
Nursery Coordinator
My 21-year journey at North Point has been a truly wonderful experience. The supportive work environment and my love for teaching continue to inspire me every day. Being surrounded by children, nurturing their curiosity, and watching them grow and thrive brings me immense joy.
